Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EXMAC website, products, services, online store, and related communications operated by Exmac Tools LLC, operating under the EXMAC brand (“EXMAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, placing an order, requesting a quote, or contacting us for support, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
EXMAC currently sells and ships within the United States only. Orders placed through this website are intended for customers located in the United States.
1. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, account, checkout system, or related systems.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability. However, product information may change without prior notice.
Product images are for reference only. Actual products, colors, accessories, packaging, or specifications may vary. Manufacturers may update product specifications at any time in an effort to improve quality, performance, safety, or availability.
EXMAC machines are made in Taiwan and offered for customers in the United States through Exmac Tools LLC.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to review, cancel, limit, or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other business reasons.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, shipping fees, and availability may change without notice.
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping
EXMAC currently ships within the United States only. Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or provided by our team.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, freight scheduling, weather, holidays, product availability, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses, re-delivery, storage, special handling, freight delivery, liftgate service, residential delivery, limited access delivery, or other carrier requirements.
6. Freight and Large Item Delivery
Some EXMAC machines or larger items may require freight shipping. Freight shipments may require customer coordination, unloading arrangements, forklift access, liftgate service, or delivery appointment scheduling.
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If an item appears damaged, please note the damage with the carrier before signing when possible, take photos, keep all packaging, and contact us as soon as possible.
Once a freight shipment is accepted without noting visible damage, it may be more difficult to file a carrier claim. Customers are encouraged to inspect packages carefully before accepting delivery.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Return eligibility may depend on product type, condition, timing, and order status. Customers must contact EXMAC before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returned products must be in acceptable condition, unused unless otherwise approved, and include original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories when applicable. Shipping, handling, freight, transaction fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise approved by EXMAC.
Custom, special-order, used, installed, damaged, modified, incomplete, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
For more details, please review our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Limited Warranty
EXMAC products are warranted to the original purchaser from the date of purchase or shipment. Unless otherwise stated, EXMAC-branded products and accessories include a one-year limited warranty.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused directly or indirectly by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper repairs, improper wiring, alterations, lack of maintenance, normal wear, or consumable parts.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our Contact Center. Proof of purchase must accompany the claim. To help expedite your claim, please also include the product serial number and manufacture date if available.
Product registration is not required. Depending on where the item was purchased, proof of purchase may be required to submit a warranty claim.
EXMAC does not reimburse for third-party repairs, services, or expenses related to transporting machinery to or from carrier vehicles, residences, commercial locations, or other locations unless expressly approved in writing.
9. Product Safety and Use
EXMAC machines and accessories should be used only by individuals who understand proper operation, safety procedures, maintenance requirements, and applicable workplace practices.
Customers are responsible for reading manuals, following safety instructions, using proper personal protective equipment, maintaining equipment, and ensuring products are used in accordance with applicable laws, codes, regulations, and workplace requirements.
10. Compliance and Electrical Codes
EXMAC products may not comply with all laws, acts, regulations, or electrical codes in every jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for verifying that products are suitable and compliant for their intended location, installation, wiring, and use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXMAC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. EXMAC is not liable for death, personal injury, property damage, lost profits, business interruption, lost production, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, contingent damages, or other losses arising from the use, misuse, installation, transportation, maintenance, repair, or inability to use our products.
